  • This is a subscription service for 1,100 yen (tax included) per month, per user. You will pay for the actual number of users per Slack workspace in a lump sum. Even if you do not use the service, you will be charged for one user as the minimum number of users.
  • A user is a user in the Slack workspace where AI sebas is installed. It is not possible to use a user across workspaces (they are different users with different user IDs).
  • Workspace will tally the number of users who actually used the service during the billing cycle, and an invoice will be issued to your registered email address after the subscription period (1 month) is up, so please make your payment.
  • We use Stripe's services for billing, payment acceptance, and other payments. Payment methods and terms are dependent on Stripe (https://stripe.com/). If you encounter any problems with payment, please contact Stripe first.
  • A 14-day free trial is included when you subscribe. If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged any fees.
  • Cancellations can be made immediately at any time. Please note that upon cancellation, you will be billed for the users during the billing cycle in question.
